How Should Wesleyans Live?

Most of us yearn to live just and good lives, lives of discipleship and faithfulness to Jesus. John Wesley, the founder of the Methodist Movement, had three simple rules that he lived by. "Do no harm, do good, attend the ordinances of God." For Wesley, holiness was an inward state that manifested itself in outward actions. The outward actions were empty without the inward change of heart, and the inward change of heart, if genuine, would result in a new way of living. Does it sound too simple? Is it out of date for our modern culture? Or do these simple rules have the power to change the world?
