This is reflected by a report released by global advisory firm, WTW which has revealed that 90% of firms are struggling to attract talent (up from 24% in 2020), while 87% are battling to retain existing staff (a massive jump from 16% at the peak of the pandemic). To mitigate this, employers have had to change strategy and shift from traditional employee value propositions (EVPs) to those that are more personalised.
