James Laws is a non-technical co-founder of Ninja Forms, which has proven itself as one of the most successful WordPress form plugins on the market. In addition to this, he founded his company Saturday Drive as a single office business in 2014, and — in less than a decade — grew it into a multi-million dollar operation with 20+ team members distributed across the globe.

But James’s expertise stretches well beyond being a successful entrepreneur in the WordPress ecosystem. Over the past several years, his passion for teaching, public speaking, and workplace dynamics led him to create a weekly podcast, blog, and newsletter where he provides leadership advice to promote culture-building.
