Joe Phoenix, Co- Founder and CEO of Givinga had a long and vibrant career in a leadership position at Putnam Investments, one of the world's largest asset management firms, before he decided he wanted to make a different type of impact on the world. While he loved his job at Putnam, he realized shortly after he turned 50 that he wanted to pursue a new adventure.
