I know this to be true. It cost me four jobs — Apple, Google, Tumblr, Airbnb — before I learned to see what was actually happening: I was well-intentioned, but poorly implemented.

My guest today is Suha Patel. We met in 2018 in the same Hoffman Process cohort, where we both learned how to see our own patterns. Suha has spent three decades as a marketing executive in biotech and medicine.
