When I started teaching Product Management in 2017, there were experiences of aspiring Product Managers that I didn't recognize.  I decided then that I would dedicate my career to dropping the proverbial ladder, and creating pathways to make a Product  Management career accessible to folks who may have otherwise quit or settled another a less aligned job.
