Judges 6:34 But the Spirit of the LORD came upon Gideon, and he blew a trumpet;...

When the Spirit comes upon you, you need to speak because your mouth is your trumpet. 

Genesis 1:2-3 ... And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

When the Holy Spirit moved, God spoke. 

The moment you sense the anointing moving, begin to SPEAK what you want to see. The Holy Spirit will manifest your words.  

Proverbs 6:2 You are snared by the words of your mouth; You are taken by the words of your mouth.

Your mouth is your trap, When you speak good you are trapped by good and when you speak evil you are trapped by evil. 

That is why you need to speak The Word consistently until you see it manifest in your life. (Psalms 119:105)

Romans 10:8 But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach):

One way to manifest the word of God in your life is by putting it on your lips. 

When the Holy Spirit descended on the Apostles, He changed their tongues. (Acts 2:4)

James 3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle guide the whole body.

Your tongue controls your body.

If you want to see the manifestation, you must consistently speak what you want. 

James 3:3-4 Indeed, we put bits in horses' mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires.

James 3:5 Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things...

Your tongue though small can take you wherever you want to go.
