I discuss a concept from Life Design coaching methodology called gravity problems and explain how they oftentimes keep people stuck when deciding on a career.

 

Then, I give unique advice based on where you are in your career journey: (1) still determining what career you wish to pursue, (2) know what career you want but currently lack the years of experience, and (3) have professional experience but looking to change careers.
