This week I get to interview Dr. Francie Brohammer.  Dr. Brohammer has degrees from Notre Dame and University of California Irvine.  She is currently the Chief Resident at UC Irvine Health's Department of Psychiatry.  She is a Fello at the Lenonine Forum, and the American Psychiatric Association.  Francie and I discuss how to address and talk about mental health in the work place.  However our conversation really lays out the way to truly listen to someone and how that listening can really help them when the are struggling with mental wellness.
