Life isn't always predictable nor does it always go as planned. When your child is on a predictable schedule, having a day that doesn't go according to plan (an "off day") can be a little triggering (I've found for Mom mostly). This episode gives you a framework on how to work around plans that interfere with sleep times and how to make up for any lost sleep.
