Kaidi Põldoja is Executive Manager of Spatial Planning and Design for the City of Tallinn. In this episode we find out Tallinn's approach to urban planning through the application of tactical urbanism and how to use modularity as a means to quickly move to full scale prototypes to determine what people actually want in their urban environment.
