Our societies are becoming more unstable and many people don't feel safe anymore in big Western cities. There are two prominent scholars, Barbara F. Walter and David Betz, that warn of a possibility of civil war. Based on their research conditions in many Western nations resemble those that preceded civil wars in the past.
