Our agency rainmaker of the week is Bob Kaplan. Bob is the founder of Kaplan DeVries, which consults to senior managers on leadership (www.kaplandevries.com) In the late '80s he and colleagues at the Center for Creative Leadership introduced a forerunner of executive coaching.Bob came up with a 360 feedback tool for assessing leaders, the Leadership Versatility Index, that won a patent for its way of assessing performance.
