Mindy Raymond is an actress, entrepreneur, Texas Motion Picture Alliance board member..... and the FIRST female president of New Republic Studios. Brittany and Betsy take a tour on several sets at the sprawling 200 acre production facility that houses three sound stages, two private screening rooms, and provides on-site construction and set design...with Mindy behind the wheel. Mindy is a boss-lady, literally, and she sits down with us to give insight into how to "get a seat at the table" in a male-dominated profession. In short, to get what you want you have to put your big girl panties on and demand it. No apologizing.
