Ezras has given to his community tenfold. Brent Youth Matters 2, Brent Youth Parliament, UK Youth Parliament and the Brent Eton Summer School (BESS).
He lived in a single-parent household growing up in Wembley and did not have a father role model in the home, but he has clear ideas about bringing up his son.
Everyone has to learn about selling and negotiation because we do this all the time as human beings. Selling is about understanding what people want and is the most valuable skill you can learn.
