Moving from being a medical student to being a doctor is probably the biggest change you'll ever have in your professional life. In many surveys most new doctors say that they weren't prepared for what starting as a real doctor entailed. But DON'T PANIC - help is at hand from Naomi Laskar and friends Reena Shaunak and David Restall, who are all just about to finish their first year as foundation year 1 doctors (interns).
