I would first like to start by saying thank you to everyone who has been tuning into the podcast! You are helping both me and my efforts more than you could know, so from the bottom of my heart I thank you. I would also like to mention there is most-definitely a learning curve to having and putting out podcasts, which include but are not exclusive to: learning how to breathe properly yet not so loud that the microphone picks it up, pausing in order to keep my train of thought (this would account for any long gaps where you don't hear from me, this was mentioned to me by a couple friends within constructive criticism, and I thank you so much for letting me know, as that is even more helpful than just being a listener on the sidelines, as failure IS the path to success, that much I know.) I'm sure there are a myriad of things I am missing in regards to areas where I can improve, but I am happy to report I am taking all of your suggestions into the way I develop and record these podcasts, so please keep the feedback coming!!

In this episode we will discuss what "fundamentals" are in regards to how I go about self-improvement, and the crucial role fundamentals play in becoming a high-achieving/high-functioning individual.
