STEVE POULOS
Born and raised in Tenino, WA, Steve knows he’s lucky to call the Pacific Northwest his home. With nearly three decades of experience in the construction and real estate industries, he is sure to help you find, or build, the home of your dreams. Before becoming a realtor, Steve ran a construction company that did projects throughout the I-5 corridor in Washington. After spending 14 years in the construction industry, he decided he wanted a more hands on approach with the homebuyers and sellers. He was offered an opportunity to work for a builder in the area, and earned his spot as the main realtor. “He is a forerunner in this business. He works hard for his clients and has paved a way for success,” says Jessica Poulos, Designated Broker. As a co-owner of Northwest Home Team Realty, Steve runs the new constructions sales in our office. “After meeting Steve, you’ll instantly know how knowledgeable he is in both the real estate market and construction industry. His experience in invaluable to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His straight forward approach has earned him esteem in this industry.” Steve most enjoys the development and building process and helping home buyers build their dream home. His main goal as a realtor is to build high quality homes and develop well laid out and beautiful neighborhoods to improve the community. As a developer, he is the opposite of “cookie cutter,” building homes with the best products and on large lots. Steve is a country boy with country roots. He enjoys being active outdoors hunting, fishing, riding quads. But most of all he loves spending time and vacationing with his wife, 5 kids, and lab.
JESSICA POULOS
Raised in the Olympia area, Jessica graduated from River Ridge High School. A sports enthusiast, Jessica played college volleyball for University of Oregon and Central Washington University. She completed her senior internship for the Washington Lottery Olympia office. She graduated from Central Washington University in 2004 and immediately obtained her real estate license and has been a realtor in the area ever since. She also has her managing broker’s license since 2015. Whether upgrading, downsizing, investing, or building, Jessica’s goal is to help you achieve your goal and make wise real estate decisions. Jessica owns Northwest Home Team Realty with her husband, Steve Poulos. Jessica and Steve were married in 2017. Jessica’s passion starts at home. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and watching her kids play sports. Once you meet Jessica, it’s not hard to see that family is the most important thing to her.
