To cap our Introspective interviews for this week, we have Adam Hires, who is amazing at talking entrepreneurship and specifically the mortgage business, on today’s episode. Currently a mortgage loan officer and a business coach, Adam’s longing to succeed has allowed him to become a Top 1% income earner and loan originator in the United States. Adam achieved #1 in his weight class which led him to start his first coaching job in powerlifting and strength athletics. A lifestyle based on discipline and the motivation to always ‘bet on yourself’, Adam started using his experiences and sales/leadership skills to develop courses to direct Mortgage Loan Officers in the right direction for themselves and their businesses. Refining his personal life and establishing plans to reach career goals helps fuel Adam’s desire to help others learn how to double their income while reducing their hours. Furthermore, Adam uses his Mortgage Talks platform to better educate individuals on the steps they should take to achieve their goals.
