Being alone with yourself and your thoughts can be quite an intimidating and sometimes unpleasant experience. Today, we will discuss why humans have such a hard time with this, what can happen if you don't allow yourself the space to feel, as well as ways to actively practice sitting with your thoughts/emotions.

Remember, feeling all the feels is natural and a part of what makes us who we are!!
