Hey everyone, I hope your having a great day.  We do less of what we want, when we feel we may not be good enough. When we take outside negative judgement and judge ourselves with it. We hold ourselves back by not having enough confidence.   But what is Confidence? It's a belief that allows you to practice and grow until you're able to manifest what you want in your life. The trick is, how can you believe you will achieve something you never done? Or worse, how can you achieve something you've been told that you can't?  Even if you managed to get started, your doubt may stop you. If won't be easy, but you could start to find your way to a more confident version of you if you can doubt, doubt itself.
