How to be in control of your weight loss/fat loss

Losing weight is not complex, it's actually very simple. All you need to do is get your body in a caloric deficit, and the cool thing is you can do this in 2 ways: 1) eat less calories than you're burning, or 2) burn more calories than you're consuming. Now the path almost 80% of people take is eat less. Not only that but eat less and burn more. This will only cause harm and no good. 

 

Whenever you make a deal or bet with a friend and both decide to give up soda for 4 weeks to see who loses more weight, obviously the person who is in more of a deficit will win. You don't lose "weight" because you gave up soda, candy, cake, and ice cream. You lost weight because you put your body into a caloric deficit.
