Remember: Kindness isn't about being perfect or always getting it right. It's about choosing compassion, even when it's challenging. True kindness starts with being gentle with yourself and extends naturally to others. When you practice authentic kindness without expecting anything in return, you free yourself from the weight of resentment and create space for genuine connection and healing.
