What happens when you stop posting your life and actually start living it?
This week, I’m catching you up on life without social media—Pilates, unexpected connections, growing my business my way, and realizing I might actually be more connected without being online all the time.
Turns out, disappearing from the internet doesn’t mean disappearing from life. Maybe it’s the opposite.
Tune in as I tell you why I ultimately left social media, why I've struggled to leave in the past, and how life goes on after parting ways.
Dive into the dark web with me.
Let's yap about it. 🎙️
Healing is weird. Sometimes it looks like therapy, sometimes it looks like booking a trip by yourself, and sometimes it’s realizing you’ve been carrying sh*t that was never yours to begin with.
In this episode, I’m talking solo travel, therapy, and what healing has looked like for me. We dive into learning to trust yourself, getting comfortable being alone, facing the things you’d rather avoid, and figuring out who exactly you are underneath everything you’ve been through.
Basically… you can change the scenery, change your habits, change your whole life — but eventually, you still have to meet yourself there.

Family is everything… right?
Growing up in Appalachia, I learned pretty quickly that family comes with rules. Respect your elders. Remain loyal. Don’t tarnish the family reputation. And you can talk about things (each other) — just not the things that actually matter.
In this episode, I’m talking about some of what I experienced growing up and the things I thought were normal for a long time.
This isn’t about deciding who was right or wrong. It’s about looking at where you came from honestly, acknowledging what hurt you, understanding how it shaped you, and deciding what you want to carry forward into your own family.
Because loving where you come from doesn’t mean you have to pretend it was healthy.
Family tradition runs deep…
Let’s yap about it. 🎙️💗
The Big O. Walking out of a job as my own personal “f*ck you.” And a few deeply embarrassing stories that, unfortunately, are now on the internet forever.
This week, we’re diving into the sh*t you actually want to know — toxic girlhood, divorce, dating after the wrong relationship, being a woman in male-dominated fields, questioning yourself, and why being a woman can feel like being in an episode of Pranked sometimes.
Advice. Opinions. Oversharing. For sure a few stories I cannot believe I told with a microphone in front of me.
Anyway… you asked. I yapped.
Let’s yap about it..🎙️💗
I grew up in small town in West Virginia, and for a long time, I didn’t realize how much of what I believed and practiced came from what I’d grown up being exposed to— and what I hadn’t.
In this first episode of How to Be Me, I talk a bit about what it's looked like to start thinking for myself and question some of the things I once accepted as truth. I'm finally learning to trust my own internal compass.
This isn’t a podcast rehashing old drama. It’s about growth. It’s about taking responsibility for who you become, even when that means questioning where you came from.
I don’t think becoming yourself means having everything figured out. I think it starts with being willing to ask yourself: Do I truly believe this, want this, and choose this is for me?
Welcome to How to Be Me.

What happens when you stop asking everyone else who you should be — and start trusting yourself instead?
How to Be Me isn’t really about how to be me. It’s about how to be you.
This is a podcast about learning to trust yourself enough to build a life that actually feels like yours — through confidence, relationships, career, health, boundaries, ambition, failure, changing your mind, and everything in between.
I don’t have it all figured out. That’s kind of the point.
