And again.Is this a values misalignment?A behaviour pattern?A development gap?Naming it strips it of its power.Reframe every setback as content.The Stoics called this amor fati — love of fate.Your hardest moments aren't interruptions to your purpose.They are your purpose."Negativity is loud. Strategy is quiet. Choose quiet."Protect your hegemonikon — your ruling mind.Epictetus taught that nothing external can disturb you without your permission."Your reaction is the only thing in this situation that belongs entirely to you."Measure your day by effort. Not outcome.The Stoics called outcomes preferred indifferents — worth pursuing, but never worth your peace.Because the obstacle isn't in your way.It IS the way.
