Ritika Saraswat is a founder of Re-Defined, a Board of Directors for Teenvisor, a Career Consultant, a Social Entrepreneur, and a ChangeMaker. She manages all of these things along with a full-time job at Deloitte as a Business Analyst. Right after class 12th, Ritika moved to Canada to pursue her undergraduate from The University of British Columbia. She has explained how moving out at such a young age helped her to learn everything on her own and be independent within 6 months.
