Are you the best you that you could be? Probably not – we’re all human and we all have our weaknesses.

Are you pretty awesome anyway? Probably so – though you might not think so.

Nearly everyone downplays their strengths and focuses on their weaknesses. If you have a tough time taking a compliment, that’s one indication that you might want to learn to focus on your awesomeness instead of on your weaknesses.

To start becoming the best you that you can possibly be, make a list of the things you’re already good or great at and keep that list where you can see it and add to it any time. Then add one thing to your morning routine - remind yourself that there is only one “you” on this planet and you’re going to be the best “you” possible all day long.
