Create a time log for 7 days. Write down everything you do. Take note of your energy level throughout the day. Note which tasks you enjoy, don’t enjoy, find difficult or cumbersome...note what you might be able to NOT DO, delegate or outsource, or optimize. Feel free to share your time logs with us!
