In this episode I had the honor of speaking with Sam Bates, co-founder of Trinity Capital Group, an investment company that focuses on developing and acquiring properties in the Texas and Mississippi area. Trinity Capital has  482 units operating and another 320 under construction, totally $75 Million dollars under management. 

In this episode, Sam shares his experience of starting out in the multifamily space, how he built his team, and why he focuses on development as a way to distinguish his company.
