My name is Dale Partridge. I’m a millennial. And it hurts. My generation has such a poor definition of leadership it almost causes me anxiety. The internet, though it has brought incredible value and information to our world, has also given a voice to many who shouldn’t talk.
If you’ve spent anytime reading the pages of old books, hearing the stories of great men and women of time’s past, you’ll see this visible degradation of maturity. You’ll see this generation advertise their ignorance when they speak on direction, wisdom, and success.
And as the great Winston Churchill once said, “If you have an important point to make, don’t try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time.”
I believe that’s exactly what we do in this podcast. And as I say in today’s interview, I offer my loyalties and followership to very few people. But today’s guest is one of them. Jim Van Eerden is not just a rare leader, but a heritage man, stellar entrepreneur, husband to a radiant wife, and father of 11 children. Yes… eleven. 10 natural and one adopted (who also has Downs Syndrome).
