How to become a real estate investor? It might seem as a redundant or rhetorical question, especially if you are already in real estate or started your knowledge/education process. However there is the right way and the wrong way to go about it.

I have been in real estate investing for over 30 years and worked with thousands of new and seasoned real estate investors. I have lived through 3 major economic depressions and upswings and downswings in the real estate market. I have seen many people enter and/or fail in the business.
