The moral of the story is we allow our minds to dictate what our life will become. Unbalanced, miserable and yet comfortable. Well, today we shatter that mindset as my guest reveals his strategy for reclaiming a busy life even as a father of 5 boys.  

Kyle Carnohan started Super Human Fathers on IG as a way to hold himself accountable to stop being a jerk. He recognized that like many fathers he was short with his children, sarcastic with his wife and lazy around the house. With IG as his portal to announce his shortcomings, Kyle found other fathers were feeling the same. This led him to create the Super Human Fathers Coaching program.
