From interning with the former Chief Justice of India to meeting Mark Zuckerberg to becoming the co-founder of a unicorn.
Here's how Naiyya Saggi founded BabyChakra and went onto co-found The Good Glamm Group, which is now valued at $1.2 bn!!
Naiyya is the founder and CEO of BabyChakra and the co-founder of Myglamm and the Good Glamm Group. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School (MBA 2012) where she was a Fulbright and J.N.Tata scholar. She even received her BA LLB (Hons.) from National Law School, India.
Prior to Babychakra, Naiyya was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and at The Bridgespan Group (in Boston) where she worked extensively on her areas of passion which is maternal & child health education.
In this conversation with Naiyya, she speaks about how she initially called people at home for interviews & how her neighbour wrongly suspected her & thought of calling the police!!
The beautiful part is that, the neighbour lady then became a part of BabyChakra's team and helped it grow.
