How to believe in yourself.

I get it. 

You have goals you want to accomplish, but you are tired of starting to achieve them only to fall off because of fear, anxiety, or doubt.

You're ready to start crossing off tasks, but you don't know where to start.

You're ready to stop talking about your goals and ready to start accomplishing them.

I understand what you're going through, because I was where you were too.

I went from burnt out, overcommitted, stay at home mom, to a successful momtreprenur. I believed I could - so I did. 

I changed my daily habits, re-routed the networks in my brain to work from a place of confidence and not arrogance or fear, and I committed to accomplishing my goals even if I didn't know exactly where to begin.

Now, it's your turn.

Let's dive into your goals and discover that the only way you can accomplish anything is to genuinely believe that you can. 

My idea of success is waking up everyday and genuinely being excited to live. Not just be alive. For me, that’s working in the industries that I’m passionate about, surrounding myself with likeminded people who lift me up and make me want to do better, and taking the time to listen to my intuition on why I should or shouldn’t do something and make adjustments accordingly. 

So ask yourself, what is success for you?

Does that mean you want to quit your 9-5 to be a stripper - go for it. If you want to take on a second life and go save the planet one elephant at a time, please do. If you want to just try something new because it sounds interesting, what the heck are you waiting on? Stop making excuses, start making adjustments, and believe that you can - and i promise you will. 💯

Ask yourself wholeheartedly:  

🧐Am I doing what  think i’m supposed to be doing because its the best that I think I can do? Or am I doing what I want to be doing because it’s where I thrive and build my best life?

🧐Are you hanging out with the same people because that’s who you’ve always hung out with? Or are you hanging out with the people that make you feel like your absolute best self and you can’t imagine where you’d be without them?

🧐Are you spending your down time finding ways to make more time for the things you love?

🧐Or are you spending your down time distracting yourself with things that will just make the day last longer so that you don’t have to think about that thing you don’t want to do tomorrow?

Make it your  mission to get up everyday because you’re passionate about what you do - and not just because you have to. Start looking around and figure out what you can adjust from an excuse to a reason. ⚡️

Being content is fine. But what is not fine to me is going your whole life and wondering “what if.” One of the most insanely amazing quotes i’ve ever heard from motivational speaker Les Brown is  “hell is seeing your potential self when it’s too late.”  👈

You can't afford to be late.

I 110% believe in you. I believe in you so much, that I made a podcast about it. What does that say? If you believe you can do something, you actually can. This first episode is about believing in yourself because if you don’t believe you can, you’re right. Nothing will happen. So let’s relish in step 1 and start believing you actually can.
