In it I dive into how to bend time (and exactly what that means). And no, it doesn't have anything to do with working faster or doing more.
I also give a recent example of how I bent time and changed my entire experience of it. Shifting from thinking something would take 6 hours to do, to getting it all done in 2 calm, focused, expansive hours.
