How well do you know your partner? It's a question we think about and see often, especially on "reality" TV shows and gameshows like The Newlywed Couple.
But, there's a question even more important than that. That question is "how well do you know yourself?"
If you can't truly know yourself, the person you spend every single second of your existence with, how the heck can you truly know anyone else?? It's impossible!
We project so much of ourselves and the way we see the world on other people, and if we're not aware of that and accept that we do that, how will we really know who we are, who they are, or who anyone else really is?
Join Kyle Wright and I as we dive deep into the importance of communication and how to cultivate a strong relationship, not just with your partner, friends, family, or co-workers, but with yourself as well.
Because if you don't know yourself and you can't communicate who you really are, what you're feeling and what you want to others, how will others ever know the real you and vice versa?
