There are many negative frequencies all around us. We must master omitting negative frequencies out of our lives. Don’t get this confused with toxic positivity. Sometimes I’m order to appreciate the positive we must go through the negative. It’s all apart of our process. When we feel overwhelmed there are a few things we can do to stay balanced.

My past has no power over me.
I choose to be at peace with the way that things are.
I have the inner resources to heal and transform myself.
My last thought before bed is an appreciation for what my mind and body have done for me today.
