Most of our negative thought cycles and anxiety triggers are simply a bad habit. CRAZY to think of it like that, right!? We had one bad thing happen or one negative experience and it spiraled into a full blown fear or belief about that thing. Now your brain and body react the same way every time that situation arises. What if it's as simple as breaking the habit? What if you can train your brain to think a different way and your body to respond the way you want it to!?
