In this episode, we take lessons from Inside-Out 2 and address the thing that haunts all of us “Self Sabotage.”

Self sabotage is when we do things to ourselves that hurt us without knowing it. It happens when we have bad thoughts we don't want to think about. These thoughts can make our lives and friendships harder.

We're going to learn why we do this and how to stop. It's important to talk about these bad thoughts. If we talk about them, we can change them. This will help us be happier and do better in life.

Let's find out why we hurt ourselves by accident. When we know why, we can learn how to stop. Then we can enjoy our lives more!
