Today we’re in Romans 8:1, where the Bible says, “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” This episode is all about breaking free from shame, condemnation, and the cycle that keeps trying to pull you back into the same old struggles.

So many people live weighed down by what they have done, what they are still battling, or the mistakes they wish they could undo. But condemnation is never from God. Conviction says, “That needs to change.” Condemnation says, “You will never change.” And that is exactly why condemnation is so dangerous. It keeps people stuck in shame instead of moving forward in freedom.

Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly talk about how grace does not mean you stay in the same cycle forever. Grace means you are not condemned, and because of that, you now have the power to turn and walk in a new direction. In Christ, you are not trapped. You are not hopeless. You are not doomed to repeat the same pattern forever. You have been set free, and you can begin building real self-control one step at a time.

This episode is such a strong reminder that you do not change through shame. You change through truth, grace, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. You can stop agreeing with the lie that says, “This is just who I am,” and instead start believing what God says about you. You are a new creation, and you can grow stronger.
