If you’ve been a devoted member of “girl world,” you’ve probably experienced some “girl on girl crime“ as labeled Ms. Norbury, who was Tina Fey’s character in the movie Mean Girls.
And by crime, I am referring to the hurtful act of talking about one another, and tearing each other down behind our backs. For many of us, this has been a very real experience.
We’ve all been guilty of it.
We’ve all been on the receiving end of it.
And it can often lead to us having this overwhelming fear of what everyone else will say or think, about anything and everything we do or don't do.
I know because for the longest time, this was me.
I would worry about what everyone else was saying or thinking about me, and letting that be the deciding factor in all of my decision making. Until I finally decided enough was enough, and I was no longer going to let this be the GPS of the direction of my life. I was ready to finally be free of the fear of what everyone else was saying or thinking, and just start living my best damn life…even if it was a ‘hot mess.’
That’s why on this episode of TheFemmeCast, I am going to share with you exactly how I did that, so that you too can start living your best ‘hot mess’ life.
So if you've ever struggled with this overwhelming fear of what everyone else will say or think, about anything and everything you do or don't do, then you're gonna want to listen to this episode.
