I had the absolute honour of interviewing the one and only and remarkable, Renee Elliott! Born in the Deep South of America, Renée is a passionate pioneer and values-led entrepreneur.  She realised at 19 years old that conventional wisdom isn’t always smart and that a lot of people doing something doesn’t make it a good idea.  She began her search for better. In 1995, Renée founded Planet Organic, the UK’s first organic supermarket and now a successful multi-million pound brand. With her mission ‘To promote health in the community,’ she became a retail rebel and showed that values-led, commercially-driven business is Good Business. In 2017, Renée co-founded a second wellbeing business, Beluga Bean, a wellbeing enterprise pioneering new strategies that empower you to work better and live better.
