A better morning starts with a schedule that actually fits the woman living it.
In this solo episode of Her Table, Her Rules, Juliet Peters talks about building a morning routine that supports productivity, focus, and ownership over the day. She shares how she reviews her routine like a quarterly goal, why energy matters when blocking a schedule, and how business owners can protect the time that moves the business forward.
Juliet also gets practical about deep work, client calls, lunch meetings, CEO time, and the discipline of building a fence around the calendar.
For women building businesses, leading teams, and managing competing priorities, this episode is a reminder that the day should be designed with intention instead of being handed over to everyone else's priorities.
If you've been letting everyone else's priorities run your calendar, this episode will show you how to build the fence around it.
Tune in to How To Build A Morning Routine That Actually Works and start building a routine that gives you more control over your day.
