So many hair stylist aspire to operate their own business after graduating school, but what we learned in Episode 30 with our guest Mrs. Kachina Fleet -- Founder and owner of Salon C'est Chic is that it's more to operating a salon than just being able to create bomb hair styles. 

 In episode 30, Kachina took us on a journey as she talked about the hardships and struggles that she had to deal with early on, from lack of support to pursue a career in the hair industry, to being stuck on a city hundreds of miles away from where all her clients lived.   Fast forward to 2022, and she now operates one of the best and beautiful salons in the state of Maryland and is killing it.  

Business lessons, Motivation, and pure gems is what Kachina was providing.
