So today they are gonna talk about the lender-realtor relationship. So the struggle that realtors and lenders have is the relationship between them, understanding why they need each other and how to work together. The ongoing relationship is a struggle and it's because most people don't do it right, a lot of times there is no acknowledgment or understanding with realtors and lenders of the symbiotic relationship they have to have. “Your success equals my success and vice versa”. And then if they care about a client experience, which is paramount because getting them through the lending process can be miserable, it will work seamlessly. And if the realtor and lender don't work well together, they can't have that amazing experience in the end. 

If the realtor has a seamless, amazing, blow it outta the water experience, but the lending process is awful and they don't get the service or they don't have their questions answered then it just doesn't work. So they will give some tactics to having that relationship every realtor wants to have with their lender at whatever level they want.
