Keep a calendar and write down in the calendar all you receive, invest, bills 

Most of the times we let money tell us what to do 

You Need to know what is coming out 

Know what you need and want 

Know your patterns 

Shift vs restrict 

Choose your hard - not knowing or stepping up 

Commit to what you want 

Find what sits well with you 

I focus well on roundedness 

In calendar, you can see all the increments and that helps you to focus 

Focus on this month vs on the big overwhelming number 

Overwhelm leads to inaction 

I allow the creativity to come to me and want the same for you 

Put down your bills to know what you need a week to week basis 

It takes $10 a day to save $300 a month 

Last thing that’s on my heart:

You are not alone and you create the life of your desires
