Chocolate must not be supercooled. Thermal exposure is also contraindicated since melted Russian candy will lose its original shape and some taste characteristics. Confectionery can be packed in cardboard boxes, plastic containers, and individual wrappers. It is not recommended to store chocolate outdoors.
