To calm from anxiety in twenty seconds, we have to know why anxiety is sustained in the first place. The biggest reason anxiety stays with us is because of the thoughts in our head. That is what sustains it – us freaking out. I know anxiety’s scary but it needs you to be scared for it to continue to destruct your life. Anxiety is curable. It's not something that you have to live through forever.  

You may not think you can stop the anxiety, but you can. I've walked many people through getting over their anxiety and I know that you can change this. In this podcast I'm going to show you how to calm from anxiety in 20 seconds.
