The Lifeproof Man

How To Change Bad Habits For Life!

Listen Later

“I know what to do, I just don’t do it"

If you’ve ever said that to yourself about food, training, or generally staying consistent with your good habits, this episode is for you.

In this session, I break down how habits actually work in the brain, on a neurological level, and why so many guys keep ending up back at square one, even when they know exactly what they should be doing.

This isn’t about motivation, discipline, or “wanting it more”.

We cover:
 • why habits have to be at least somewhat enjoyable if they’re going to stick
 • how overwhelm quietly kills consistency
 • why stress doesn’t stop fat loss but does wreck decision making
• how habits are wired subconsciously and why bad ones feel so hard to break
• why you don’t stop bad habits, you replace them
• and the four stages of behaviour change that every habit goes through

This training was originally delivered live inside Lifeproof, on the 14-day reset programme, and the feedback afterwards was unreal. A lot of “this finally makes sense” moments, and a lot of lads realising the issue was never a lack of effort, it was a lack of the right framework.

Whether you’re in the free 14-day reset, the 6-week Kick-Starter, the full 1–2–1 Lifeproof Programme, or just listening to this episode on its own, the principles are the same.

I don’t gatekeep information. The systems that fix inconsistency and unsustainable results are the same across every version of Lifeproof. The only difference is how much access and support you want from me.

If you’re tired of starting again, feeling like you should be able to do this by now, or stuck in the loop of knowing what to do but not doing it, this episode will help you understand why, and what to do differently.
