We talk about different questions you can ask yourself when you experience a negative thought or belief so that you can determine whether you still choose to believe this or not. 

Most of our beliefs come from our early childhood programs, and a lot of the time, they are not even our own. We hear, see, and experience other people having those beliefs and subconsciously take them on as our own.
